1. General provisions

These conditions are valid exclusively between the company SAF NATURA SRL, with registered office in Via Lago di Misurina, 26 - 36015 Schio (VI), VAT number 02454850245 and any person who makes purchases online on the website www.safnatura.com of which SAF NATURA SRL is the owner of.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to accept the general and payment conditions in full.

2. Products

The prices on this catalogue are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are valid until any rectifications on our parts.

The customer is responsible for the choice of the products ordered and for the compliance and conformity of the specifications indicated to his needs.

Shipping costs from Schio are automatically calculated before confirming the order.

The packaging costs are already included in the prices as mentioned.

3. Online orders and delivery

To place an order, you need to register on the site with your data.

All purchase orders for products must be complete in all their parts.

Once accepted, your order will no longer be "modifiable" and further additions will be delivered separately.

All goods are shipped with a receipt that will be issued when the order is shipped.

The invoice is issued exclusively on request and only for orders with net goods above € 150.00 + VAT.

The order will be dispatched depending on the availability of our warehouse. Any delays won't give rise to refund damages. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times made by carriers.

4. Terms of payment

The payment conditions that SAF NATURA SRL applies for online purchases are as follows:

- advance bank transfer (bank details will be indicated in the confirmation order email)

- PayPal, credit card, prepaid card

The delay in payment will cause delay in the shipment of the goods.

5. Shipping method

Shipments will be made by carriers defined by SAF NATURA SRL.

The cost of transport will be calculated based on the weight / volume ratio of the items ordered in the final phase of the order.

Shipping costs are however due and payable by the customer.

We won’t accept claims for damages without written statement on the delivery note.

We reserve the right to make improvements, changes and price changes without giving prior notice: in the event of a dispute, the Court of Vicenza is competent.
